Dear students,

the following contains information regarding the Re exam on Thursday. Please read it carefully and ask questions in the forum or by mail in advance.

The exam will start on Thursday, October 20, at 10:15 am and will take place in the Günter-Hotz lecture hall (E 2 2). It will last 90 minutes and be finished at 11:45 am if we start on time.

You are allowed to bring

  • one DIN A4 page with handwritten notes on both sides,
  • and a non-programmable calculator

as auxiliary tools. In addition, a formula sheet will be enclosed within the exam. This can already be found under materials and was updated to account for
chi-square tests
.

We have uploaded the seating plan and seating key on the materials site, please check for your seat in beforehand. If you cannot find your matriculation number and plan to participate, or if you have any other questions regarding the seating plan, please let us know as soon as possible.

Seating will begin at 10:00 am. We will put up seating plans next to the lecture hall entrances. When entering, please leave your jackets and bags on the sides, turn off all electronic devices (smartphones, laptops, smartwatches, ...) and leave them in your bag.

Take to your seat only

  • your UdS card as well as personal identification,
  • writing materials (pens, ...),
  • your cheat sheet & calculator,
  • your mask if you wish to,
  • food and drinks if necessary.

You are not allowed to bring/use your own paper. We will provide you with enough paper during the exam.

Considering the current covid case numbers, we strongly recommend everyone to bring and wear a face mask during the exam.

Make sure to arrive at the lecture hall on time at 10:00 am. If you arrive after seating has finished, we can not guarantee that you will be able to participate.

Best regards
